Hi, I’m Monica. Life-purpose coach, podcast host, neuroscience-trained mindset guide—and currently a grad student earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on trauma and crisis. But more than anything, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to live a life that looks fine on paper… but feels anything but fulfilling.

That’s exactly where I was when everything shifted.
Years ago, I found myself burnt out, overextended, and deeply out of alignment—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Eventually I hit rock bottom. It cracked me open and forced me to ask the question I’d been avoiding for years: Whose life am I actually living?
That question changed everything.
Since then, I’ve rebuilt my life from the inside out. I’ve studied the brain, rewired my mindset, and made it my mission to help other women do the same—especially those in their 30s to 50s who are waking up to the fact that success without self is still empty. Through my signature framework, The Neuro Fulfillment Method, I help you reconnect with your values, rewrite the stories holding you back, and create a life that feels rich with meaning, not just achievement.
